To provide excellent pulmonary, critical care and sleep treatment to the Southern Colorado community. Also to provide education to students, residents and fellows of Rocky Mountain Vista.
Fellowship Program
Pueblo Pulmonary Associates hosts the current Pulmonary and Critical Care fellowship at Parkview Medical Center. This is an AOA approved, three year fellowship with three fellows per year. Plans to merge with ACGME will occur between the academic years of 2017-2020. Megan Reichmuth grew up in the Kansas City metro area. She attended Kansas State University where she earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology. She then completed medical school in the KC area at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences, earning a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree. For her clinical rotations, she moved to Detroit, Michigan where she ended up matching and staying for residency as well at St John Macomb-Oakland Hospital in internal medicine. With completion of residency, she then moved to Pueblo, Colorado to pursue fellowship in Pulmonary / Critical Care. Megan is board certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Diseases, and Critical Care Medicine.
Dr. Megan Reichmuth sees patients with a range of diseases some of which include COPD, asthma, interstitial lung diseases and cancer. She performs procedures including regular bronchoscopy, navigational bronchoscopy and endobronchial ultrasound and thoracentesis.
