About Pueblo Pulmonary Associates

Pueblo Pulmonary Associates is a group medical practice that has been located in Pueblo, Colorado since 1976. We provide specialized medical care to adults in the fields of Pulmonary, Sleep, and Critical Care Medicine. Our primary offices are located in Suite #254 of the Medical Arts Building at 1925 East Orman. Please see Contact Us for driving instructions and a map. Office hours are normally 8:30-5:00 Monday through Friday. Our physicians are available on an on call basis to serve patients 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

What to Bring to Your Appointment:

A written referral - Please make sure that you have a written referral from your doctor or HMO
Your insurance cards
A current chest x-ray and all available previous x-rays
A list of medications, along with
all pill bottles, including any
vitamins, minerals, or herbal medications
Co-payment (for HMO's)

Inpatient Services

Inpatient medical services are provided at both Parkview Episcopal Medical Center and Centura - St. Mary - Corwin Hospital Regional Medical Center. Our call system provides twenty four hour per day coverage for services.

Outpatient Services

All Pueblo outpatient evaluations are made at our primary office location. Monthly outpatient services are provided at the following locations:

Alamosa - The Alamosa Clinic
Lamar - Prowers Medical Center
Walsenburg - Huerfano Hospital
